Privacy
festivall.pro has no accounts, no ads and no cookies. It counts page views anonymously. This page lists what is stored, and where.
In your browser only
The site saves two small items in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
- Compare list. The festivals you picked to compare, so the list is still there when you return.
- Swipe hint counter. How many times the swipe tip has appeared on a phone, so it stops showing after a few visits.
Clear your browser's site data to remove both.
The Find panel keeps your last search in this tab's session storage, so it survives a page change. It clears when you close the tab or press “+ New search”.
The Ask page also saves your chat history and one random chat code per chat. The history stays in your browser. The codes leave your device with each question. See Ask below.
Anonymous page counts
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits per page, where visitors came from, their country and how fast pages load. Cloudflare states that this service sets no cookies, uses no local storage and builds no profile of you. We see totals, not people. See Cloudflare's description.
When you send feedback
The feedback form sends what you type: the type of feedback, your message, the page you were on, and your email only if you add one. We store it to fix errors and answer you. To have your feedback deleted, email [email protected].
To limit spam, the form keeps a short-lived code made from a one-way hash of your connection (not your address) for about ten minutes, then it expires on its own.
When you use Ask
Ask sends your question to an outside model service to write the answer. We keep your questions and the answers for 30 days.
- DeepSeek writes the answer. The Ask service sends your question and passages from festivall data to DeepSeek (api.deepseek.com). We do not send your chat code or your connection address. DeepSeek is a separate company. Its own policy applies, and we do not control how long it keeps what it receives. Do not put personal details in a question.
- 30-day copy. We store each question and its answer word for word, with the time and a flag for answers our data does not fully support. Each one expires on its own 30 days after it is saved.
- Chat code and local history. Your browser makes a random code for each chat and saves it in local storage, with a local copy of the chat text. The code goes with every question. We use it to group your chats and to find them when you delete them. It is not tied to a name, an email or an account.
- Usage limits. Ask also makes a one-way code from your connection address, not the address itself. We use it to count daily messages, slow fast repeat requests and track monthly spend. We do not save it with your chat text.
To delete your chats, press “Delete this chat” or “Delete all chats” at the bottom of the Ask page. This removes the questions and answers saved under that chat’s code, and removes the chat from this browser. If you clear your browser data first, you lose the codes and cannot delete the chats yourself. They still expire after 30 days.
Deletion does not reach DeepSeek, and it does not remove usage counts. It also does not remove a report you send with “Report wrong info”. That report holds the question and answer, and we store it like other feedback. To have it deleted, email [email protected].
Music players
Listening players (Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube and Bandcamp) do not load until you press play. After that, the provider's own player runs and its own privacy policy applies, including any cookies it sets.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. festivall does not use this data to identify or follow visitors.
Links to other sites
Source, ticket and official links go to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
If this changes, for example by adding cookies or advertising, this page will change first. Questions: [email protected]. See also About and disclosures.
